*The consultation itself is complimentary. However, we do require prior business day notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. For any same-day changes or failure to notify us of an appointment cancellation results in a $50 fee. For this instance, we do require a card number on file when scheduling. After booking, a Patient Care Coordinator will reach out to you to obtain the card information to secure your appointment. If you are exisiting patient, our Patient Care Coordinators will verify your card information currently on file and reach out to you for any further details that need to be updated.
